Turning nut drivers and 2" pipe by hand at work has been the best for forearm strength I've ever done and made my forearms extremely strong. You'll miss out on thumb and wrist strength (and the corresponding muscle development) if you rock climb exclusively for forearm development. As well as that, any exercise where you are gripping the bar, make sure you are squeezing it as hard as possible. . Unfortunately, the only advice I’ve found is that to build this, you have to continue climbing. Continue climbing, but don’t go as hard. The issue that you have is not weak forearms, it’s an overstress of your muscles and tendons that your body can’t adequately recover from. It's worth a shot.
